We’re recruiting a ‘Sr. Architect Designer’ for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE. With a keen eye on Sharjah’s transition towards contemporary community living, they consistently deliver innovative and functional projects that prioritize comfort and elegance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all aspects of the project, liaising with consultants, contractors, and third parties to ensure seamless collaboration and project alignmentOversee project teams to ensure the technical quality of drawings meets the required standardsImplement the project plan, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet quality expectations, and comply with governmental regulationsReview & adjust consultants, contractors, and third parties’ drawings while establishing Revit standards and integrating sub-consultants into BIM360/Autodesk Construction Clouds for collaborative workflowsReview and provide feedback on drawings, including sketch construction detailsFor Authorities' Approvals, Discussions, and Presentations, craft detailed 3D architectural sketches and visually engaging colored renderings for concept presentationUse physical and digital tools to develop technical drafts in both 2D and 3D formats. Prepare 2D measured plans, elevations, sections, and basic technical details for further refinementAssist in preparing tender documentation and specificationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, engineers, and architects, to deliver high-quality designs, documentation, and reportsWork closely with the Senior Design Manager and Senior Project Director to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet program requirementsRequirementsExperience in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD is essential Prior experience with a real estate development background is mandatoryA minimum of 10 years of experience in high-rise buildings, villas, and residential projects is requiredBenefitsCompetitive Salary Other Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labour Law
