Senior Analyst – Product Commercial
The team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. What you’ll deliver
•You’ll identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
•You’ll lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, as well as managing customer and supplier relationships
•You’ll ensure optimum utilization of approved BAU and portfolio budget and identify opportunities to reduce BAU budget
•You’ll ensure all programs and projects are in line with the target enterprise application architecture, policies, security and other BT standards
•You’ll demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
•You’ll work in a fast-paced, agile environment and with cross -functional teams.
What you bring
• You should be educated to a bachelor’s degree level in Business Administration / Computer Science / Electronics Information /Project Management
• You should have at least 5-7 years of overall and relevant experience in implementing and managing Digital and commercial solutions
• You should have knowledge on supporting operationally critical systems in Aviation, B2B, B2C or industrial environments,digital experience and content management platforms, digital analytics, Digital maps, wayfinding solutions and design technologies.
• Strong knowledge and experience in collaboration tools, M365, power platform and SharePoint online and should have the ability to architect solutions for business problems, automations, and digital tools adoption.
• Should have the knowledge and experience in microservices architecture and APIs, DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines), frontend technologies (HTML/CSS), .Net core and JavaScript frameworks.
• You should have experience in Vendor management, commercial and contractual management.
