JOB PURPOSE:Support and manage effective relationship with external stakeholders such as Government bodies and industry partners for strategic and operations imperatives.  Monitor industry trends, assessing the impact of external factors on the company, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance external engagements.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESG:Job Specific AccountabilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government bodies and industry partners etc.Monitor stakeholder activities and assess their impact on the company's operations.Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, regulatory changes, and external factors affecting the energy sector.Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on external environment assessments.Contribute to the development and implementation of public relations initiatives.Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging aligns with the company's goals.Identify potential reputational risks and proactively address issues related to external relations.Develop and implement strategies to mitigate negative impacts on the company's image.Collaborate with internal departments to align external relations strategies with overall company goals.Provide insights to cross-functional teams to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.Provide support and other key initiatives / projects activities specifically related to the mandate of the ADNOC Group CEO and the Government of Abu Dhabi.Generic AccountabilitiesSupervisionPlan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective business objectives.BudgetsProvide input for preparation of the Function / Division / Department / Section budgets, assist in the implementation of the approved Budget, and work plans to deliver business objectives. Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.Policies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresImplement approved Function/ Division/ Department/ Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards.Performance ManagementContribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Function/ Division / Department/ Section in line with the Company Performance framework.Innovation and Continuous ImprovementDesign and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and SustainabilityComply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.ReportsProvide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:InternalManager, Domestic Relations and SVP, Strategic Relations ManagementOther VPs/stakeholders of the of the company (as required).ExternalGovernment entitles as requiredOther stakeholders of the company
