This group is deeply invested in technology-driven growth, spanning multiple industries, from real estate and retail to financial services and logistics. As the Senior AI Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping AI-powered strategies, ensuring that the business stays ahead of the curve in an era defined by intelligent automation and next-generation machine learning models.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions, leveraging the latest breakthroughs in GenAI, self-improving neural networks, and edge AI computing.
  • Architect and scale AI infrastructure for data-driven decision-making across multiple sectors, embedding AI at the core of business strategy.
  • Work with the latest 2025 AI technologies, including multi-agent systems, generative design, autonomous AI agents, and hyper-personalization engines.
  • Integrate AI across the organization’s diverse verticals, optimizing customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
  • Lead and mentor an elite AI team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate with global AI leaders, research institutions, and technology partners to ensure continuous evolution and adoption of the most cutting-edge AI solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Deep expertise in AI, ML, and GenAI, with a proven track record of deploying production-ready AI applications in large-scale environments.
  • Strong knowledge of multimodal LLMs, reinforcement learning, AI governance, and ethics in AI decision-making.
  • Experience with AI-powered automation tools, autonomous systems, and real-time generative applications for customer engagement.
  • Ability to blend AI with business strategy, driving tangible results across multiple industries.
  • Leadership experience in AI teams, with a passion for fostering innovation and building high-performance AI ecosystems.
