Ensure all transactions and processes are accurately recorded and efficiently managed within the relevant systems.
Support departmental projects by providing administrative and process-related assistance.
Deliver effective training and guidance to process champions across the organization to ensure adherence to established procedures.
Coordinate and support the resolution of process-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and preparation of reports related to processes and performance metrics.
Perform administrative and coordination tasks, including monitoring progress, following up on pending items, and ensuring timely completion of daily activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager
Baccalaureate in Data Analytics, Business Administration or any related field Certifications
Preferred: Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management
