GEMS Royal Dubai School is a vibrant, Premium British School (currently FS1 – Year 7), expanding to Year 8 in September 2025 and growing annually to Year 13 . Due to growth, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate , UK trained individual to join us as a mathematics teacher for September 2025 . The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have proven success in driving standards and be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all. Job Purpose:

To teach across Key Stage 3 (growing into Key Stage 4 and 5) as a subject specialist enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all
Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across Key Stage 3 , 4 and 5 of the NCfE
Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences; collaborating and sharing best practice.
Use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning

Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching
Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students

M ake a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events
Actively pursue your own professional development as a teacher.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the CEO and Principal .

Skills

A bachelors degree in Maths or related field is essential
A PGCE with QTS is essential
Proven experience of the subject across Key stage 3, 4 and 5 of the NCfE
