Secondary Inclusion Lead
Due to growth, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate , UK trained individual to join our Inclusion and teaching team for September 2025. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have proven success in driving standards and be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all. Job Purpose: To teach and lead inclusion across Key Stage 3 (growing into Key Stage 4 and 5) enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Demonstrate very strong knowledge of inclusion and practice across Key Stage 3 , 4 and 5 , including alternative pathways. W ork effectively with colleagues, students , parents and outside agencies using excellent interpersonal skills To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the CEO and Principal . A PGCE including QTS
