This IB World School is accredited with CIS and is a member of the BSME. It operates the IB curriculum alongside the National curriculum for England and Wales. The 80,000sq.m campus is uniquely designed and purpose built with state of the art facilities including libraries, computer and science laboratories, a business centre, instrumental and vocal music rooms, indoor gym, swimming pool and sports field for Early Years to Year 12.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:

• Deliver a high-quality, tailored Business Studies classes to the UK and IB curriculum incorporating innovative teaching methods that foster intellectual curiosity and a love of learning.
• Plan and execute creative, inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, effectively addressing the diverse needs of all learners through differentiated instruction.
• Establish a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, collaboration, and a genuine passion for learning.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community to ensure each learner's holistic development and academic success.
• Lead or support extra-curricular activities (ICAs) and Business Studies related clubs.
• Inspire learners to engage in Business Studies beyond the classroom.
• Contribute to school-wide events and initiatives.

Additional Duties:

• Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
• Contribute to curriculum development initiatives and share best practices with colleagues.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Studies or a related to teaching subject.
• PGCE, QTS or appropriate Teaching License

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a classroom setting

Preferred Skills:

• Proven ability to design and implement engaging lessons.
• Expertise in adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.
• Demonstrated success in creating an inclusive classroom environment.
• Strong understanding of literacy and mathematical skill development within a Secondary setting.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
• Dedication to community engagement and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: Tax-free salary of 12-15,000 AED per month, reflecting experience and qualifications. Details provided upon request.
