I am working with one of the fastest growing FinTechs across the MENA region, who are looking to add a Scrum Master to their team!

Operating for over 25 years, they have built a reputation of trust in the investment, trading and fintech industry across Asia and MENA, but also a reputation for having some of the best digital products in the wealth management and trading industry.

About the role:
Oversee the entire portfolio, focusing on sprint goals, managing dependencies, and maintaining backlogs
Lead and implement agile practices across the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity
Drive the transformation of programs from conceptual stages to successful deliverables.
Take a hands-on approach, serving as a key leader within the Scrum team and reporting directly to the VP of Agile
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Must be currently residing in Dubai
Not looking for an Agile coach

Additional Information:
Salary: 25,000 AED-30,000 AED + performance bonus
