Overview:
An established and continuously growing Operations & Maintenance company, part of a global leading company, seeks an Operations Supervisor & Trade Manager for its facility in Warsan - Dubai. The primary responsibilities: manage and develop operational activities, improvement of operational excellence, manage business contacts and service industrial stakeholders through activities such as negotiations, sales, transportation of goods and record keeping. In addition to these tasks account maintenance (customer visits, pricing, service arrangements, problem resolution, and contract renewals) is crucial to gain understanding on operations and performance.
The ideal candidate should possess operational experience (recycling is an advantage), strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills. Along with sales or purchasing experience, computer proficiency, and preferred is a background in the metals recycling industry. Advanced education is a bonus.
