• Installation and Configuration:

Install and configure SAP applications, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA databases, etc.
Perform system upgrades and patches for both SAP and underlying systems (OS, Database).

• System Administration:

Manage SAP system landscapes including production, development, and QA environments.
Perform system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Execute daily health checks and maintenance tasks to ensure system availability.

•  User and Security Management:

Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations in SAP environments.
Implement and monitor SAP security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Performance Tuning and Optimization:
• Optimize SAP systems to enhance performance, including database optimization, load balancing, and memory management.

Analyze and resolve performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Backup and Recovery:

Manage backup and restore processes for SAP systems, including HANA and other databases.
Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure that system recovery procedures are in place.

•  System Integration:

Configure and maintain integrations between SAP and third-party applications.
Work with development teams to support SAP interfaces, transports, and data migrations.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Document SAP system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide regular system status reports and recommend improvements as needed.

• Technical Support:

Provide Level 2/3 support for any SAP Basis-related technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues, user requests, and service tickets.

• Project Management and Collaboration:

Work closely with project teams to implement new SAP functionalities or modules.
Participate in system migrations, rollouts, and upgrades.

• Compliance and Governance:

Ensure that SAP systems adhere to organizational and legal compliance requirements.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of SAP system security and performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8-9 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and related SAP technologies.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Unix/Linux/Windows) and database administration (e.g., HANA, Oracle, MSSQL).
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
