As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Your duties will include:
Managing and motivating a team of skilled beauty & nail technicians
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Ensuring the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Overseeing inventory management and product procurement
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Analyzing salon performance and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
Proven experience as a Beauty/Nail Salon Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in inventory management and retail software
