This
role is dynamic and requires a combination of interpersonal, organizational,
and technical skills to succeed in a competitive sales environment, engaging
with potential clients, nurturing relationships, closing deals, and ensuring
customer satisfaction
Learn and promote various banking products and services to potential clients.
Understand customer financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
Assist in onboarding new customers and managing relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Participate in regular training programs to develop sales, banking, and
financial product knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s
degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related
field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of banking products and services (preferred but not
required).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
