Minimum Qualification:Graduation or Equivalent
Proven experience in a retail sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Knowledge of the products or services offered in the store.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
