Our Client is a growing international payments company and a leading name in the Fintech sector, due to a rapidly expanding client base they are searching for an experienced client manager to work within their FX Solutions Team.This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in Financial Services Sales or FX Trading. The role itself will focus on maintaining client relationships and providing high-quality customer service.ResponsibilitiesClient Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience.Maintain strong relationships with both clients and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Payment Management:Accurately add and manage payment details for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Liaise with compliance teams to address any account-related queries or issues promptly.Phone & Communication Management:Handle incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and external stakeholders via phone, email, and other platforms.Lead Qualification & Promotion:Qualify potential leads, gather necessary information, and assist in converting leads into clients.Promote the company’s payment services, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and distribute regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders, including transaction summaries and market analysis.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.Market Knowledge:Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the payments market.Provide insights and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.Competencies & Experience:Proven experience in sales support, administration, or client services, ideally in the financial services or IFX industry.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate reports.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory processes related to payments and client accounts.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.Knowledge of payment processes is a plus.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.Apply now!
