Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Russian is a plus.



Duties & Responsibilities: 


Sales Order Processing:


  • Process Sales orders (invoices) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify order information, pricing, and discounts.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Credit Memos Processing:


  • Process Credit Memos (returns and compensations) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify Credit Memos information, pricing, and discounts.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Sales Support:


  • Generate and distribute sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Manage and update customer databases and contact lists.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing sales documentation.

Communication:


  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Keep the sales team informed of relevant information and updates.
  • Communicate with sales team regarding order status and other relevant information.

Inventory Management:


  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments and deliveries.

Reporting:


  • Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in ERP Systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP ERP, Oracle, 1C)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Russian
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Planner or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent command of Russian and English.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales software.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales administration or support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
