Assisting
with the coordination of Bi-weekly and Monthly Sales Meetings; Invites &
Agendas.
Providing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Business Updates on Team performance
against KPI’s; via Vonage Call Logs and Database mail outs
Preparation of the Magna Financial Market Reports (Mon, Weds & Fri) for
distribution to Clients/Partners/Affiliate mailing lists;
Responsible for maintaining stock levels of external Marketing materials;
Sales Brochures and Business Cards
Support the Sales and Trading teams with new client Onboarding, liaising with
external Clients to ensure their personal trading accounts are registered
correctly on Magna’s payment platforms as well as compliance with regulatory
requirements (KYC) and internal policies and processes
Management of Client referrals from the Trading team, booking currency
conversions, verifying payment beneficiaries, sending final payments to broker
support teams and monitoring final execution of trades, ensuring clients are
updated on progress as appropriate
Supporting teams with updates to Bitrix (CRM) ensuring accurate and
consistent record keeping of Client and Affiliates/Partners data.

Trade flow processes; payment processing/funding through to execution of deals;
