Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on progress of monthly/quarterly sales initiatives to Sales Manager and Management team.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Help forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Maintain an updated client database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential opportunities for new products/services.
  • Prepare and follow up on a weekly plan of meetings with clients.
  • Manage supplier visits and ensure they are properly entertained.
  • Organize monthly warehouse visits for VIP clients.
  • Arrange quarterly outing events with the customer service and logistics teams.
  • Participate in relevant training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with BRM (Business Relationship Management) and CRM practices, with the ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a willingness to accept feedback and grow
