Sales Representative
ENOC Tasjeel
Under the day-to-day supervision of Fleet Sales Supervisor, the Sales Representative is responsible to increase the market share of Tasjeel by achieving the agreed target of fleet accounts, Tasjeel services revenue and by retaining the existing accounts, handle the fleet customers at the designated fleet counters at the sites. Responsible to visit potential companies in the UAE market.
Sales
Responsible to achieve daily/monthly/yearly sales targets and number of fleet accounts/ fleet size that are set by Fleet sales supervisor/Account Manager.
Visit potential companies in the market and offer Tasjeel services to obtain targeted fleet account.
Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information.
Identify the leads and forecast sales from fleet customers.
Customer Service & Res9.onsibilities
Maintain a high standard of customer service at the designated counter in the site and deal with all the customers in a highly professional and cordial manner.
Handles all customer complaints, in his shift, in a professional and courteous manner.
Achieve targeted customer satisfaction index score & Mystery shopper score at the sites.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Obtaining security deposits of new clients.
Sending & collecting the customer's monthly invoices & payments.
Ensure monthly invoices payments are received on time before the due date.
Obtain the Traffic file exceptional approval as per the policy.
Reconcile the fleet customers' accounts and provide the missing support documents.
Raise the wave or rebate request with justifications.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for new customers.
Maintaining fleet customers records.
managing client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
working closely with operations and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
assisting customers with complaints or inquiries related to services.
tracking the volumes commitments by reviewing Sales reports and contracts.
Evaluate and analyze sales data trends to know dynamics within assigned territory.
Site Level:
Collaborate with site management and provide solutions to fleet customers in specific needs.
Reconcile the fleet employee transactions and corporate credit cards.
To ensure that the customer leaves the counter with all his transactions completed and that he/she is correctly guided to proceed to other depts.
Maintain a high standard of customer service at the designated counter in the site and deal with all the customers in a highly professional and cordial manner.

Quality Management System
Ensure Tasjeel QMS compliance at the counter.
Diploma or Bachelor's in Business degree or equivalent. Minimum 1 of year experience in Sales, customer service field. Computer and Microsoft office experienced and reports.
Fluent in English language, Arabic language is an advantage. Excellent negotiation skills, presentation, and demonstration skills. Cordial with customers of all nationalities.
