We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team at Classic Paramount Real Estate LLC. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying and selling properties, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a drive for success, we invite you to apply.Key Responsibilities :Client Acquisition:Generate and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.Client Consultation:Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial considerations.Provide informed advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and the buying/selling process.Property Valuation:Evaluate properties to determine accurate market values.Analyse comparable properties and market conditions to assist in setting competitive prices.Listing and Marketing:Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions and attractive visuals.Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote properties.Negotiation:Represent clients during negotiations to ensure favourable terms for all parties.Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.Transaction Management:Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.Networking:Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers.Attend industry events and community activities to expand the professional network.Qualifications: •Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry, preferably with a focus on secondary sales and leasing. Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Requirements: · Proven experience as a real estate agent, or a track record of successful sales. - Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is advantageous. - Knowledge about Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder etc. · Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends · Excellent communication and negotiation skills. · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. · A network of high-net-worth clients and industry contacts. · RERA support would be added advantage.
