A reputable Fashion and Cosmetic company is looking for a Female Sales Promoter with a passion for selling cosmetics and fashion products to the stalls. The Sales Promoter should be able to work 6pm to 10pm 4 days a week (Thursday to Sunday). She should be on a sponsor visa. Minimum contract is for 3 months (extendable).
As a Sales Promoter for Cosmetics, you will play a vital role in driving sales and increasing
brand awareness within the UAE market. You will be the face of our client's brand,
engaging directly with customers to demonstrate the benefits of products,
answer their questions, and guide them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Your passion for beauty and strong communication skills will be key to building
lasting relationships with customers and achieving sales targets.
Actively engage with customers in retail
settings to introduce and promote the cosmetic products, including
skincare and makeup--items.
Demonstrate Product Benefits: Provide live demonstrations of products, explaining their benefits and how they
meet the specific beauty needs of customers.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or
exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and
selling products.
Customer Engagement: Build and
maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable
shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on
the latest products, promotions, and industry trends to provide
accurate and relevant information to customers.
Feedback and Reporting: Collect
customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve
products and sales strategies.
Merchandising: Ensure that products are well-displayed, stocked, and organized in retail locations to
attract customer attention.
Event Participation: Participate in
brand events, product launches, and promotional activities to further enhance
brand visibility and sales.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Promoter
or similar role in the cosmetics industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal
skills.
Passion for beauty and skincare
products.
Ability to engage and persuade
customers.
Ability to work flexible hours,
including weekends and holidays.
Fluent in English, Hindi & Urdu, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
A positive and outgoing personality
with a customer-focused attitude.
