We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in Tunisia and Algeria. Based in Tunisia, the candidate will play a critical role in managing and developing distributor relationships, ensuring market growth, and driving revenue. This is a dynamic position for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and distributor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors in Tunisia and Algeria.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular training, support, and performance feedback to distributors.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market conditions.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Tunisia and Algeria.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Market Development:
- Drive the expansion of product presence in the assigned territories.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights for business planning and forecasting.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to regional leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
- 5-8 years in sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or distribution-focused roles.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluency in French and Arabic is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage distributors and drive results.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with the sales landscape in Tunisia and Algeria.
