Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to expand our portfolio of short-term rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify property owners interested in short-term rental management.
• Build and maintain commercial partnerships with real estate agencies and agents, offering financial incentives.
• Leverage an existing network in the Dubai real estate market to establish new relationships.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a team of sales representatives to enhance performance.
• Monitor and drive individual and team sales objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
• Established network within Dubai’s real estate industry (agents, agencies, developers).
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a talent for motivating and managing a team.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s short-term rental market is a significant advantage.
• You must speak perfect English and French and highly recommended

Compensation:

• Commission-Based: You will earn commissions on your personal sales.
