Responsibilities
Coach, mentor and embed Cirium’s 3C Selling principles across the team. Managing a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales objectives and plan strategies to ensure a consistent flow of business across Aviation industry. Develop the competencies and effectiveness of the sales team members, always leading by example. Provide accurate forecasting to Sales Leadership team & ensure all activity across the team is recorded in Salesforce. Manage relationship with the key policy agencies and support promotion of data transformation in China’s aviation eco-system. As appropriate, serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences and trade shows. Build long term strategic accounts plans designed to maximise existing revenue streams whilst demonstrating ROI to the client. Identify new problems that we can solve whilst working with internal resources to deliver new complex solutions into new sections of a defined client base.
Requirements
Proven track record in leading sales teams in b2b data solutions or aviation. Strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and solve client challenges creatively. Outstanding communication skills to inspire both your team and clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Willingness to travel across MEA for client, prospect visits and conferences. Proven track record in building successful sales teams.
