Vacancy: Sales Manager in a project (Real Estate)
2,000 - 2500 USD with Sales Bonus

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 (1 hour break)
- Employment: Full-time, 8 hours per day
About Us:
We are an innovative business simulator in a game format that helps participants gain a deeper understanding of the of Dubai's property market. We work at the intersection of game dev and educational technology, creating a unique product for market professionals. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager, who will help us expand our market presence and partner with some of the region's biggest developers property developers in the region. Who we are looking for: We are looking for a professional with sales and property experience who is fluent in communicating with developers, who can negotiate at a high level and bring deals to completion. This person must be proactive, well versed in B2B sales and have excellent skills in dealing with clients in the property development sector.
Requirements:
Experience: minimum of 6 years in sales (B2B), preferably in property or related industries.
Languages:
– English: C1 - C2 (close to a native speaker);
– Arabic or Hindi/Urdu (knowledge of one of these languages is mandatory).
Location:
Residency in Dubai (mandatory).
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and experience in negotiating with property developers;
- Ability to close deals and support clients at all stages - from negotiations to signing a contract and payment contract and payment;
- Knowledge of CRM-systems and ability to maintain a client base;
- Ability to work with B2B leads and convert them into clients;
- Ability to search for and attract new property developers to implement our product;
- Ability to conduct quality group training sessions;
- Ability to deliver quality presentations to clients.

- Initiative and result-orientation;
- Responsibility and ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Ability to solve non-standard tasks and find an approach to each client.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting presentations and negotiations with property developers (online and offline);
- Concluding transactions with property developers and full client management - from the first meeting to payment; – Maintaining contracts, payment control and document management;
- Working with contacts and leads in the B2B segment, processing incoming enquiries;
- Active search for property developers and partners to implement our product;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients;
- Maintaining a database of clients and transactions in the CRM system;
- Participation in the development of sales strategies and plans for attracting new clients;
- Organising group training sessions.
