Under moderate supervision, responsible for day to day within their assigned accounts in accordance with the workplan


Focuses on retaining re-occurring revenue and expand overall revenue associated with assigned accounts.


Maintains overall responsibility for client satisfaction within assigned accounts, during the agreement period.


Initiate contact with assigned clients on a regular basis to gain feedback on performance and measure it against specific internal metrics


With senior management ensures an plan is created for each client and input to the client database system, utilizing standard templates and guidelines.


Pro-actively identify additional opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling products and offerings beyond the original signed client agreement/scope.


Help to ensure client relationships meet agreed upon fees and margin.


Serve in a project management role, under direct supervision from the Operations Manager, during implementation to ensure both Mercer and the client are meeting their service level commitments.


Monitor ongoing adherence to client timelines, work plans and contractual terms.


Manage engagement letters for all clients, ensuring that all appropriate terms are included and being met, during the agreement period.
