We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented HORECA Sales Manager with a strong background in the UAE hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and cafeterias, to spearhead the sales of food products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the HORECA industry, a robust network within the UAE market, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies).
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market penetration.
Actively promote the company’s food products to key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HORECA clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide personalized solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the UAE HORECA sector.
Use insights to recommend new products or services that address market gaps.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any service-related issues.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Coordinate with the logistics, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the product development team to adapt to customer demands and preferences.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s growth in the HORECA sector.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
