Sales Manager – Leading Property Developer

My client are a leading property developer that specialize in high end residential projects. They are looking to recruit a Sales Manager, based in Dubai to lead their sales team in driving revenue and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets.
• Identify potential clients and market opportunities through networking and industry research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-6 years experience in sales management within the real estate developer sector.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales principles.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
