Responsibilities
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance productivity.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with the overall company strategy.
Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and team performance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
Act as an escalation point for complex client issues and disputes, ensuring prompt resolution.
Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient process.
Stay updated on forex market trends, regulations, and competitors to provide informed direction to the team.
Organize regular training sessions to upskill the team in sales techniques, product knowledge, and market dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years in sales management, with at least 3 years in the forex or financial services industry.
Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Strong understanding of forex products, trading platforms, and client acquisition strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools to track and optimize team performance.
Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., KYC, AML) and compliance requirements.
