Job Description
Code 81 is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and drive our sales initiatives. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our market presence and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Code 81’s business objectives and target growth areas.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Act as a point of contact for clients to address concerns, gather feedback, and optimize client engagement.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, quotas, and profitability goals.
- Develop sales forecasts, manage budgets, and contribute to business planning to maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, setting individual and team performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to support sales efforts and align go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure seamless integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives and operational plans.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, analyze performance, and implement data-driven improvements to sales processes.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records, manage pipelines, and track progress against sales goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Advanced degree or MBA.

- Minimum: 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Desired: 15 years, with proven expertise in strategic sales leadership and high-level client management.
