Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Collaborate with marketing to identify and exploit new sales opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Manage sales budgets and forecast future sales.
Regularly report on sales progress and challenges to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2B)
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
