We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires a deep understanding of the UAE market, particularly within wholesale, retail, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and potential partnerships.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase retention and sales volume.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales campaigns with supply chain and product availability.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support is delivered consistently.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products, pricing, and promotions.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic, Malayalam and Hindi is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
