Position Title:             Sales Manager

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 15K AED depending on experience and qualifications

A market leading luxury Real Estate organization in Dubai, with focus on client's individualized priorities and ambitions within an exclusive global portfolio.

 

Job Description:

  • Guiding the sales team to achieve and exceed targets by assigning leads, analysing market conditions, setting pricing strategies.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs
  • Overseeing complex negotiations, ensuring that contracts align with company policies and securing the necessary approvals for significant deals.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and ensure regular follow-ups.


المهارات

Qualifications:

  • Male, 42 years old & below
  • Bachelor’s degree - business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Real Estate Sales in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of real estate properties, with a passion for luxury properties.
