The Sales Manager position in Dubai’s thriving real estate market offers a unique and dynamic opportunity for an experienced leader to shape and drive the growth of a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering sales performance, nurturing key client relationships, and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.   • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering an environment of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and team skills.
  • Collaborative Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to design and implement impactful promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
