We are currently looking to hire a Sales Manager for Agricultural Products to promote and sell registered organic fertilizers from Russia in the UAE market.
Key responsibilities of the candidate will include:
1. Selling organic fertilizers to our existing clients (stores, farms, government entities) in the UAE.
2. Identifying and signing contracts with new clients to expand our market presence.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and agricultural enterprises.
4. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
5. Organizing product presentations and negotiations with clients.
6. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
8. Providing regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
