Job Overview:

MKV Luxury Car Rental is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive B2B sales growth through targeted direct marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans to build strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, event companies, and other luxury service providers. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving B2B sales goals in the luxury sector.


Key Responsibilities:

· B2B Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategy to grow partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and event management companies.

· Client Acquisition: Identify potential B2B clients and actively engage with them through direct marketing activities, including cold calling, networking events, and face-to-face meetings.

· Partnerships and Alliances: Establish strategic partnerships with complementary luxury brands and services to enhance MKV's presence and offer value-added services.

· Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative marketing initiatives.

· Sales Targets: Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reporting on progress and performance.

· Event Participation: Represent MKV at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads and raise brand awareness.

· Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver maximum ROI.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery for B2B clients.


Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the luxury car rental, automotive, or high-end hospitality industries, with a strong focus on B2B.

· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating and closing B2B sales through direct marketing efforts.


Skills:

· Strong understanding of direct marketing tactics and B2B lead generation.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse sales data and optimize performance.

· Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering ROI.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.


Location Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai luxury market and an established network of contacts within the corporate, hospitality, or event sectors is a plus.


Driving License: Valid UAE driving license required.
