The Team


The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlock our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position


As a member of the Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger Sales team for the MEA+ region; the Sales Intern role will be the backbone of support. You will be helping to ensure that the wider team can function seamlessly in their roles. From supporting with the running reports & analysis, to order entry and general administration; you will learn the Sales function from the round up.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Support Sales Managers across Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein brands during sell-in (e.g. order entry/order management/customer/order follow up/Ad hoc requests)


  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data in Digital Showroom (e.g. orders), by continuously updating the system throughout sell-in period


  • Contribute in direct sales/NOS opportunities; creating orders based on best sellers


  • Assist Sales managers/executives in preparing seasonal meetings (DCR/TTT)


  • Competitor research; pass on relevant information (e.g. trends, competitor analysis, country analysis, input key markets) to relevant stakeholders


  • Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the sell-in process


  • Ensure digital & IT set-up of showroom


  • Liaison between Sales & Customer Service on set up of new customers in we-connect


  • Assist Sales Team in Showroom preparation (unpacking of the goods, sorting of the collection) and in season support to tidy up


The Ideal Candidate:


  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent in experience


  • Ready to join in an entry level position


  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint


  • Fluent in English both verbal and written communication


  • Good organizational, communication & influencing skills


  • Good problem solving, analytical & commercial skills


  • Positive and flexible attitude, a team player


  • Hands-on and can-do mentality


  • Be entrepreneurial, innovative and embrace the PVH values


  • Be an open-minded person, who is respectful to different cultures and nationalities
