Key Responsibilities:

• Present and promote the company's shipping and logistics services to clients, offering customized solutions based on their needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Track and report on sales performance and market trends, providing insights to the management team.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new services to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
