Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading packaging manufacturer in the UAE to recruit a dynamic Sales Executive. This role is integral to driving the company’s growth by expanding its market presence across the UAE, GCC, and international markets. As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your industry expertise to identify new market opportunities and build lasting client relationships. The role combines strategic planning, market development, and hands-on sales execution to achieve ambitious targets and contribute to the company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Drive sales growth by promoting the products to a diverse clientele across multiple industries.
- Opportunity Identification: Explore and develop new applications and market opportunities for the product range.
- Customer Education: Showcase the sustainability, versatility, and cost-effectiveness of the product portfolio to prospective clients.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to increased market share and profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service and cultivate lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance market visibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to create impactful promotional campaigns and with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging innovations to position the company competitively.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
- Compliance: Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the UAE, with a solid understanding of the local market and business dynamics.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with product application.
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license (essential).
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, backed by strong references.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ISO, IMS, TQM, TPM, and SPC systems is an advantage.
- Core Skills: Strategic communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
