The Role


The NIO House Fellow's (New Vehicle Sales Executive) primary goal is to achieve the NIO House sales targets as individually assigned and arrange delivery in a customer-centric manner to provide the best purchasing experience and satisfaction levels for users (customers).


Support execution of the NIO strategy by:


  • Greeting and welcoming customers warmly to establish a positive rapport.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Provide accurate information about vehicles, features and benefits in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Stay up to date with automotive trends, competition, and automotive developments.
  • Educate customers on the advantages and unique selling points of all vehicles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the inventory, including specifications, pricing, and promotions.
  • Present a consultative sales approach. Focus on understanding and meeting the customer's needs rather than appearing forceful for a sale.
  • Facilitate test drives and provide walk-throughs of vehicle features to enhance the customer experience in line with NIO training.
  • Take complete ownership of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Strong finance and insurance focus.
  • Prepare and process all necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer journey from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
  • Address all inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Focus on long-term relationships, encouraging repeat business and, importantly, referrals.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve together and contribute to a joyful NIO House environment and experience.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in Automotive or Retail Sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to grow relationships.
  • A passion for vehicles is essential.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest customer service levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • UAE Driving license.
