Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Establishing new business opportunities for the company.
Generating sales from traders and contractors for existing & new products.
Quarterly (3 months) targets required to be achieved.
Prepare sales orders form as per customer requests daily.
Sending quotations as per inquiry from the Clients.
Maintains effective working relationships A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials industry with a reputation as a go-getting achiever and highly self-motivated.
Present and sell company products and services to current and new business customers through sales visits.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Negotiate/close deals
Follow up with customers after meetings.
Prepare weekly reports to the management
Organizing and attending the exhibitions, meetings, lunch & learn, and seminars.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

Presentable grooming (Net and clean)
Having your Car is a plus.
A UAE driving license is a must.
Can speak the English and Arabic language professionally, other languages are a plus!
Minimum of 2 years (FINISHING BUILDING MATERIALS, CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, TILES & SANITARY WARE, DESIGNER/INTERIOR COMPANY)
