Ontime Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in Facility Maintenance AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). In this role, you will play a key part in promoting and selling our maintenance service contracts, ensuring clients receive exemplary service and support.Key Responsibilities: Identify and target prospective clients for AMC contracts across various industries. Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the benefits of our facility maintenance services. Develop tailored proposals that detail service offerings and pricing to meet client needs. Negotiate contract terms and secure agreements with clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage contract renewals and additional services. Monitor market trends and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Achieve and report on monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
