Position: Business Development and Lead Manager


Role Overview:

As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs, and proposing tailored setup or expansion strategies. This role requires PROACTIVE business development efforts, such as attending events, networking, and fostering strategic partnerships. Your goal will be to deliver personalised recommendations that align with clients’ activities and prospects, while also contributing to the growth and success of Atlas.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Lead Management:

  • Manage and engage with incoming leads to understand business needs and propose suitable strategies.
  • Provide personalized and tailored recommendations based on clients’ activities and future prospects.
  • Engage in business development activities to generate new leads, including attending events, networking, and strategic partnership development.


Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Address client concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Participate in up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to expand service offerings and enhance client value.


Documentation and Compliance:

  • Oversee the preparation and management of essential documentation for business setup, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
  • Stay informed about changes in government policies and regulations to proactively address potential impacts on the business setup process.
  • Skilled in writing and developing business processes for company formation and corporate services.


Market Analysis and Improvement:

  • Identify untapped markets and potential collaborations to expand our service offerings.
  • Analyze customer feedback patterns and trends to suggest improvements to products, services, and processes.


Record-Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and leverage client portfolios for referrals.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and success of license renewal and business retention efforts.
  • Continuously optimize processes for improved outcomes.


Company Growth and Development:

  • Contribute to the company’s growth through proactive actions and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing overall business performance.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of business setup and consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of various business structures, including trusts, offshore companies, and SPVs, and their implications.
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and legal documentation.
  • A proactive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, prior experience with CRM software, and proficiency in Office tools ( Calendar, Surveys, etc).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
