Sales Executive / Business Development Executive - Freight Forwarding and Logistics


o Applicants without prior experience in freight forwarding or without UAE sales experience will not be shortlisted.

o Full-time, Contract.

o Identify new business opportunities and sales prospects for the company's freight forwarding services.

o This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting

o Maintain realistic sales pipeline forecast for prospective customers.

o Proven track record in business development, sales, and client management within the freight forwarding industry.

o Performance-based incentives and bonuses.



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, with an existing customer base or proven ability to generate business within UAE market, ability to maintain frequent monthly & quarterly sales includes all sectors of Freight Forwarding Air, Sea & Land.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales (import/export).
  • Existing customer base or demonstrated ability to generate leads.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
  • Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
  • Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
  • Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.
  • Strong skills in negotiating shipping lines and Airline carries for promoting the most attractive promotion rates in market.
