Role: Sales Executive – Cosmetics
Region to handle: IME&A
Reporting to: Sales Manager / Product manager
Willing to Travel: Should be Yes


Mandatory Requirements
1. B2B sales experience in the cosmetics industry
2. Experience in UAE or Saudi Arabia in one of the following:
o Working at a distributor handling imported cosmetics
o Working at a cosmetics brand (manufacturer)



Responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Development:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers across the IMEA (India, Middle East, and Africa) region.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned region.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in distributor and retail networks.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with distributors and retail partners.
2. Account Management & Expansion:
Manage and grow existing distributor and retail accounts by providing continuous support and business solutions.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with distributors on demand forecasting, inventory planning, and market expansion.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and align on growth strategies.
3. Product & Brand Management:
Ensure proper brand positioning and visibility in retail stores and distribution channels.
Work with marketing teams to develop trade promotions, in-store activations, and digital campaigns.
Train distributor and retailer sales teams on product features, benefits, and key selling points.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Sales Performance & Reporting:
Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to the management.
Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and improve business strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize pricing, promotions, and product assortments.
5. Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and stock availability.
Work closely with logistics partners to manage imports, customs clearance, and distribution.
Resolve supply chain issues and maintain strong communication between internal teams and external partners.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Market Entry Support:
