الوصف الوظيفي

Client Acquisition and Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and promote DiabloFoil's services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements and innovations.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Reporting and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback for management review.


المهارات

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
