Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe software, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in Arabic. This role requires a proactive individual with a UAE Drivers License to manage client meetings and project coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Utilize AutoCAD and Adobe software to create and present design concepts that meet client specifications
• Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic planning

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with knowledge of the design and construction industry preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Valid UAE Drivers License is mandatory
• Arabic language proficiency is required for client interactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
