Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Demonstrate a successful track record in relationship building and networking within the construction industry and form work suppliers with architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers and construction / furniture - related retail businesses in the UAE/GCC region.
Maximize income generation for the company, and achieving sales targets.
Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry.
Generate project/business opportunities to meet companys business plans and growth strategies.
Drive the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy.
Undertake research to identify opportunities and threats in the market place.Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile client feedback.
Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial construction industry.
Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials or similar industry with a reputation as a go getting achiever and highly self motivated
.
Experience in selling Building Materials and Paint with good client relationships, organisational skills, communication & negotiation skills, achieve sales targets.
