Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong customer service skills, and the ability to drive revenue by building relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist customers in selecting high-end products while providing top-tier service.
✔ Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and relationship-building.
✔ Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
✔ Ensure the store is well-presented, organized, and visually appealing.
✔ Handle transactions efficiently using the store’s POS system.
✔ Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales, preferably in Perfumes \ Cosmetics.
✔ Education: High school diploma or higher; Business/Marketing degree is a plus.
✔ Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
✔ Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
