Salary Range: 6,000- 15,000AED/Monthly
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative for concrete admixtures in the construction industry, you will be responsible for market development, sales, and building long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Market Expansion & Client Acquisition: Actively expand into new markets and acquire new clients, broadening the product's market reach. Utilize various channels such as visits, phone calls, and emails to acquire new clients and drive business growth.
· Product Sales & Promotion: Promote concrete admixture products to clients, address their queries, demonstrate the product advantages, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, follow up on changes in client needs, provide targeted solutions, and enhance client loyalty.
· Sales Planning & Target Achievement: Develop personal sales plans, allocate time and resources effectively, and ensure the timely completion of sales targets.
· Sales Reporting & Data Management: Submit regular sales reports, track client information and sales progress, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales data, and assist the sales team in optimizing sales strategies.
· Product Training & Learning: Continuously improve product knowledge, stay informed about industry trends and technologies, and ensure professional competence when engaging with clients.
Compensation & Incentives:
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will receive additional incentive commissions based on your sales performance, aligned with market competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields;
· At least 3 year of sales experience in the construction industry or related fields, experience with concrete admixture products is a plus;
· Strong market expansion capabilities and excellent communication skills, with the ability to independently acquire and manage clients;
· Strong learning ability and team spirit, able to work under pressure.
